Do I need a power meter?

The simple answer is no. However, to maximize your training experience, we highly recommend getting one. It adds a whole new dimension to your training!

How much time do I need to invest?

Various factors, such as age, experience, and skill level, influence results. Committing 8 hours a week can lead to positive outcomes, but even investing 6 a week can provide significant returns.

Do I need a coach if I'm not a racer?

We support anyone looking. improve.Whatever the reason may be.Whether you're aiming to lose weight, complete your first 100km ride, outpace your friends on group rides, or achieve peak performance on race day, we would be thrilled to join you on your journey!

Interested in signing up, but my schedule is really busy. Can it still work?

Life can be unpredictable, and we must make the best of our circumstances. With our coaching options, we can tailor your training to accommodate  changes as they arise!

Can you coach remotely?

Absolutely, we have clients globally. We connect through WhatsApp and virtual meetings, and all our training takes place on the Training Peaks platform.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes we can make a plan!
